Qualified for: Complete reimbursement minus service charges

Service Charge: €50 for transactions on credit cards

24-72 Hours Before Charter

50% Refund

Qualified for: Half of the total charter cost

Processing Duration: 7-10 business days

Service Charge: €25 deduction from the refund total

Requirements: Cancellation must be backed by a valid rationale; administrative expenses apply

Less than 24 Hours Before Charter

No Refund

Qualified for: Refunds not available

Exception: Exceptions for emergency cases may be considered on an individual basis

Alternate Option: A credit for chartering may be issued at the discretion of the management

Requirements: Emergency scenarios require documentation for claims

Weather-Related Cancellations

Weather Guarantee

Safety is our paramount concern. If our experienced captain deems weather conditions too hazardous for chartering:

  • Total Reimbursement: Offered if rescheduling is unfeasible
  • Rescheduling: Transfer your charter to an alternative available date with no extra cost
  • Charter Credit: Receive a credit that's valid for one year from the initial charter date

Weather Evaluation Process

Our evaluation of weather involves:

  • Analysis of wind patterns and intensity
  • Assessment of oceanic conditions and sea swell height
  • Forecasts of visibility and precipitation
  • Maritime warnings and alerts from the Coast Guard
  • Professional assessment of safety risks by our captain

Decision Timeframe: Choices regarding weather-induced cancellations are made no later than 4 hours before the planned departure time.

Medical Emergency Refunds

Urgent Circumstances

We are sympathetic to unforeseen medical emergencies. The subsequent instances might warrant exceptional consideration:

  • Sudden illness or accidental injury that necessitates hospital admission

  • Replacement Vessel: We aim to arrange a similar vessel
  • Complete Refund: If no fitting replacement is present
  • Partial Refund: If a different pricing model applies to the alternative vessel
  • Recompense: We might offer extra recompense for the inconvenience caused

Crew Unavailability

In the unlikely scenario where we're unable to provide a certified crew:

  • We'll make efforts to secure a substitute crew
  • Full refund if the charter is unable to proceed
  • Opportunity to reschedule at no surplus cost

Disruptions Owing to Guests

In the event a charter is called off prematurely due to the behavior or security violations by guests:

  • Lost time will not be reimbursed
  • Full charter payments are still mandated
  • Guests may face additional fees

  • Submit supplementary evidence or information
