3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To arrange a charter, you should:

  • Have a minimum age of 18 years
  • Supply valid and comprehensive details
  • Remit the required deposit as delineated in your booking confirmation
  • Concur with these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Your reservation is deemed confirmed only with the receipt of your payment and our formal confirmation. We hold the authority to decline service to any individual at our discretion.

3.3 Availability

All charters are subjected to the accessibility of vessels and appropriate weather conditions. Efforts to accommodate your requested dates and timings will be made within reason.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All costs are denominated in € and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. Prices are subject to modifications without prior notification.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: 50% of the entire charter fee required at the time of reservation
  • Balance: Payable 48 hours before the charter commences
  • Additional fees (if applicable): Payable upon the charter's conclusion

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept most credit cards, electronic funds transfers, and certified cheques. Payment procession is carried out via secure, encrypted platforms.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • Greater than 72 hours prior to departure: Full reimbursement excluding processing charges
  • Within 24 to 72 hours prior to departure: 50% reimbursement
  • Less than 24 hours before departure: Non-refundable

5.2 Weather Cancellations

Should our captain determine weather conditions as premature, we will propose to:

  • Reschedule your charter without additional fees to the next feasible date
  • Issue a complete refund if rescheduling is unachievable

5.3 Mechanical Issues

In the case of mechanical issues with the designated vessel, our efforts will be to supply an acceptable alternative. If no such alternative can be made available, a full refund will be issued.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All passengers are required to:

  • Obey all instructions from the crew
  • Wear any safety gear as needed
  • Inform of any medical concerns that could impinge on safety
  • Stay within allocated areas on the yacht

6.2 Prohibited Items

Passengers are not permitted to bring aboard:

  • Glassware
  • Illegal substances
  • Firearms or other weapons
  • Excessive amounts of beverages (beyond sensible consumption)
  • Pets (unless pre-authorized)

6.3 Conduct

Passenger behavior should be respectful at all times. A charter can be discontinued immediately without a refund if a passenger's conduct is considered a safety hazard or ruins the experience for others.

Our liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you have paid for the charter. We bear no responsibility for:

  • Injuries suffered from passenger's own negligence
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings

7.2 Insurance Coverage

Our operations and yachts are protected by comprehensive marine insurance. Passengers should ensure their own travel and private insurance.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We hold the right to alter travel plans, routes, or schedules owing to weather conditions, safety reasons, or operational imperatives. All efforts will be made to provide substitute experiences of equivalent value.
