Each of our rentals comes with a skilled crew, safety gear, fuel, and basic beverages. The specific offerings depend on the type of service — for example, sunset tours provide premium refreshments and small bites, while business charters feature meeting amenities and corporate dining options.
When should I make my reservation?
To secure your booking, we suggest reserving 2–3 weeks prior, particularly during our busy period from May to September. For business gatherings and personal events, booking 4–6 weeks in advance is advisable for better yacht availability and to accommodate custom requests.
What if the weather is unfavorable?
Our paramount concern is safety. Unfavorable weather assessed by our captain will result in an offer to reschedule on the next convenient date or provide a complete refund. We closely observe meteorological conditions and will reach out to you if the forecast is uncertain 24 hours before your planned departure.
May I bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, guests may bring their own refreshments. In addition, we provide tailored catering services and can adjust menus according to your tastes. Note that for safety purposes, glass containers are not allowed onboard.
Do you accommodate guests with mobility challenges?

What's your policy on cancellations?
If a cancellation occurs 72 hours or earlier before departure, a full refund will be given. Those made between 24–72 hours will be refunded at 50%. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure will not be refunded, except in instances of inclement weather or mechanical complications on our end.
